SERTI - Keyloop, the No. 1 dealer management solution in Quebec is actively seeking dynamic people to join the support department as a support and installations advisor.

Day shift from Monday to Friday

Workplace: Hybrid formula combining teleworking and face-to-face at our Montreal office.

Under the supervision of the manager of the support and training team, you will have tasks in the office and with customers.

In the office

  • Virtually accompany our customers in the use of the software;
  • Guide users in the use of our mobile applications;
  • Respond by phone and/or email to support requests from our customers;
  • Solve technical problems encountered by users;
  • Monitor and complete active files in the ticket office;
  • Participate in special projects.

Onsite - across Canada

  • Participate, as a team, in the implementation of the software for our customers;
  • Train users on our software and its mobile applications during implementations;
  • Ensure a healthy transition to the SERTI solution for dealership users.

The perfect fit

You must be available for customer trips for a consecutive period of 7 days, 6 to 8 times a year.

  • Ability to popularize computer concepts with users;
  • Interest in training and software implementation;
  • Computer skills;
  • Possess the following professional skills:
    • Tact, interpersonal skills, sense of initiative, ease of communication, good management of priorities, attention to detail,

The requirements for this position are:

  • Essential bilingualism (French/English)
  • Computer proficiency (Windows, MS Office, mobility and others)
  • Hold an AEC or a DEC in accounting
  • Experience working with computer software
