The present document constitutes SERTI’s global policy on privacy and data protection. It applies to all personal and operational information and data SERTI holds on its members, sub-contractors and its customers. All users must read, understand and apply it.

SANCTIONS

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, which will be proportional to the seriousness of the behaviour concerned. Vice Presidents responsible for business units or corporate functions are responsible to decide on the proper course of action in case of a breach to this policy. The Vice-President Finance & Operations is the designated SERTI Privacy and Data Protection Officer.

The links to third party sites are provided as a convenience to you. These links are established in agreement with the concerned sites at a time when SERTI has considered it opportune, in consideration of their content and services.
