Businesses quickly sent their employees home to stay safe from the menace. In a matter of days, their whole focus shifted to the wellbeing of their staff and their own families. As sales and revenues plummeted, we needed to help each other and to find to resiliance to navigate the crisis. Dealerships had to reinvent their processes and some found themselves at a loss on how to adapt.

The chaos caused by the pandemic was tremedous and during the frantic first days of the lock-down, SERTI was experiencing the same situation. It did, however, benefit from the man-power and expertise to help. While all our teams were sent home to work remotely, separated physically but united under the same resolve to help the people - not an hour was wasted.
