We are actively looking for a dynamic person to join our team as a marketing planner.

Day shift from Monday to Friday.

Workplace: Hybrid formula combining teleworking and face-to-face at our Montreal-East office.

Under the supervision of the head of the SDS-marketing team, you will have the following responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work order support for new product training
• Coordination with internal teams for product configuration
• Communication with clients for training planning
• Planning the calendars of the Marketing team trainers
• Make emails for customers including the description of the products to be installed as well as the dates / times of training with the name of the trainer
• Reschedule canceled trainings
• Create and manage training invitations sent to customers
• Follow up with customers as needed to plan training
• Detailed monitoring of work order statuses before, during and after training
• Support to trainers for everything related to training planning
• Continuous development of planning and follow-up processes for new product training
• Other tasks related to the position

You must have the following skills:

The requirements for this position are:

• Possess a college diploma in a field deemed suitable for the position
• Be bilingual (French/English)
• Have computer skills (Windows, MS Office, mobility and others)
• Have excellent oral and written communication
