COVID-19 - IMPORTANT MESSAGE
SERTI has implemented procedures to protect the health of its employees concerning COVID-19. Basic protection measures have been instated at our head office and our employees were informed of ways to prevent the propagation of such a virus. If some of our employees need to be in preventive isolation, they will be able to do so and will benefit from the possibility of working from home.
This will not affect your customer support for SDS as all of SERTI's support employees are equipped to be able to work from home and our ip phone systems are already configured to support working from home. We integrated working from home in our employees schedules a few years ago. The quality of SDS support will remain the same during this period.
